Thank you to St Malachy’s GAC for making your fabulous facilities available enabling Edendork PS to host the Tyrone Cumann na mBunscol Allianz League (section 8) girls and boys Gaelic football tournaments and the Cullen Cup Rounders Tournament. Pupils from St John’s PS Moy, St Patrick’s PS Dungannon, St Patrick’s PS Annaghmore, St Patrick’s PS Mullinahoe (Ardboe) and Edendork PS participated. St. John’s PS girls won the girls football and were presented with the Maguinness Cup by Shane Maguinness on behalf of his family. Gold medals were also presented to the worthy winners from sponsor Darragh Cullen. Darragh also presented silver medals to Edendork PS girls who were worthy runners up and to Edendork PS boys who were narrowly defeated by the Ardboe boys from St. Patrick’s Mullinahoe who were presented with gold medals and the Edge Innovate cup. We are delighted to report that the Cullen Cup came home to Edendork after the girls Rounders Team won St. Patrick’s PS Dungannon in a very competitive final. Again our sponsor Darragh presented the Cullen Cup and medals to both teams.
